What should I do after I apply for my ETA?

After apply for your ETA, you have to check your registered email address to get our email to get the update about your ETA.

In some cases, you need to provide us some required documents as Kenya Government requests through email.

You will get the confirmation email from us about your ETAstatus and we will let you know when you will have your Kenya ETA.

• Get the ETA within 3 business days for Normal service.

• Get the ETA within 2 business days for Emergency service.

• Get the ETA within 1 business day for super Rush service.

The ETA will be processed and issued electronically and sent to you via email.

When you receive your Kenya ETA sent via email, please print out your Kenya ETA to board the airplane.

You must print a copy to carry with your passport and bring it along when you travel to Kenya. Please show your Kenya ETA for checking at the airports in Kenya. It takes you 5-10 minutes to get visa stamp on your passport by Kenya Immigration Officers at the airports.
